CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, after which you will be considered a no-show and charged a cancellation fee. ***retainers (deposit) are NON-REFUNDABLE and do go towards your service!***
